Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non–Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed as store credit or replacement only.
Original payment refunds are not supported currently.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds or store credits are issued within 3–7 business days after inspection.
5. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
6. No Refund Will Be Provided If
- The item is used, washed, or altered
- The return window exceeded 7 days
- The customer did not record proof of damage
- The address provided was incomplete or incorrect
